I spotted this colourful charter watching a Manchester busking band set up (The Rats) and I just had to talk to him. Turns out that he is a bit of a local celebrity known as Happy Allen. He puts his happiness to being free and single. Part of his freedom is his style, spending much of his time collecting and wearing his many designer outfits. His favorite designer being Vivienne Westwood, and ithas been his joy to have been invited by the designer to various functions.

But it doesn't stop there, he now volunteers as a counselor and is helping some local university students with a study into clinical psychology.
