Back into Manchester's Norther Quarter where I like to weave in and out of the streets, alleyways and ginnels. On this day I came across Dominic (if I correctly recall his name.) A chef who had been up and prepping since 9 in the morning ready for the day ahead in Turtle Bay. Needless to say that a much needed break was being had at the time, alas he didn't have much time to say around and chat. (23-100)
