Welcome to Bill and Jean,
I discovered Bill and Jean during an "On the Streets" photo walk around Manchester. One of the people on the walk asked how I would get their shot so I showed them and at the same time found a lot out about this wonderful couple.
Both just hitting the 90s and with a whole life of stories to tell, but the one that stood out for me was the fact that come down to Piccadilly Gardens to reminisce and watch the world go by.
Bill remembers the time before the war, and the statue being added, and the flowers - it has changed a lot over the years he says.
Jean enjoys it when people come and talk to them and is amazed at how friendly people are.
They were a joy to talk to.
